50 Years of Partnership, Progress, and Purpose
Letter from the General Manager, Erin Oremland
April 2026 – This year, AgilLink is celebrating a remarkable milestone: 50 years of serving the firms that manage the financial lives of high-net-worth clients and their families.
Anniversaries create a natural opportunity to look back. But for me, this one is just as much about looking forward.
For five decades, AgilLink has grown alongside family offices, business managers, and other firms that operate in one of the most demanding corners of financial services. The work our clients do requires precision, trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the complexity and needs of HNW clients. It always has. What has changed over time is the scale, speed, and visibility required to do that work well.
When AgilLink began, the needs of this market were already distinct. Firms serving wealthy clients needed specialized workflows, stronger controls, and better ways to manage bill pay and client accounting across multiple entities. Over time, those needs only became more sophisticated. Families became more complex. Reporting expectations increased. Risk management standards rose. Technology advanced. Through all of it, our role has remained clear: to keep building a platform that reflects the reality of how our clients operate.
That is what makes this milestone so meaningful.
AgilLink’s history is not just a story of longevity. It is a story of listening, adapting, and continuing to earn our place in an industry where trust matters deeply. Many of the capabilities that define our platform today were shaped by direct client input. The integrations, workflows, controls, and reporting enhancements we continue to invest in are rooted in real conversations with firms trying to do high stakes work more efficiently and more securely.
I think that is one of the reasons this anniversary feels so personal. It belongs not only to AgilLink, but to the clients and partners who have helped shape what AgilLink has become.
Over the past year, we have continued to expand our ecosystem and invest in modernization. From embedded banking and integrations to reporting improvements and workflow enhancements, our focus remains on helping clients reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and gain better visibility across the financial lives they manage. That commitment is not new. It is the continuation of a 50-year effort to build technology that is truly purpose built for this space.
As General Manager, I feel incredibly proud of the team behind AgilLink and deeply grateful for the trust our clients place in us. I also feel energized by what comes next.
The family office and business management landscape is evolving quickly. Expectations around data, service, security, and decision-making continue to rise. New generations are entering the conversation. Firms are looking for more integrated, more intelligent, and more scalable ways to operate. We see that clearly, and we are building for it. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important part of AgilLink’s future, expanding our automation capabilities and helping firms scale their businesses without adding unnecessary operational complexity.
Celebrating 50 years is a chance to honor the foundation AgilLink was built on. But it is also a commitment to the future. We are here to keep evolving with our clients, to keep solving the right problems, and to keep delivering the kind of partnership that has defined AgilLink from the beginning.
To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you.
We are proud of the first 50 years. And we are even more excited about what we will build together next.
