AgilLink is a specialized multi-entity accounting and secure bill payment solution that incorporates approval workflow, integration with City National Bank, document management and investment data integration.

Founded in 1976, AgilLink provides scale, control and security to family offices, business managers and sports management firms that offer bill payment and accounting services to their high-net-worth clients. For more than four decades, we have provided bill pay and accounting solutions to some of the most challenging and complex clients in the country.

Our pricing structure is determined by the number of users your firm needs and is billed monthly. Our plans begin at $3,000 per month, which includes three users.

InvestLink is our investment API (Application Programming Interface) that can integrate with leading investment reporting systems and aggregate data across hundreds of brokerage firms. We transform this data into journal entries based on your specific chart of accounts. This enables your firm to automate the process of producing comprehensive financial reports.

We have used these learnings to design our onboarding process, and to match your firm with a dedicated team of knowledgeable experts to lead the way. The three keys to a successful implementation are:

  • Identify and assign internal roles to lead the organizational change
  • Plan an implementation with agreed upon milestones and meet them
  • Designate a System Administrator and internal operating model to transition from onboarding to ongoing support.

Onboarding depends on the size of your firm and the resources you have to execute the onboarding process. On average firms can expect 2-6 months to implement AgilLink and fully onboard. You can ask our sales team for an estimated time frame based on your complexity. 

AgilLink offers the ability to maintain multiple sets of books and records for your clients. For example, you can manage client entities such as an operating company, trusts, households and foundations all on one platform. Easily transfer funds between accounts and record intercompany transactions. Multiple users can access client books at the same time.

AgilLink streamlines the bill payment process by integrating the accounting system with City National Bank treasury capabilities and combining this with configurable approval workflow capabilities. This single solution reduces dual entry, increases internal controls and reduces complexity. Avoid the security risks of moving money outside of your approval process or having to use client credentials.

An account is not necessary, however, having an account at City National Bank allows you and your client to enjoy many benefits provided such as:
